NSPro not show up on PC

NSPro was working fine, but today when plugin and run the software it prompt NSPRO not detected.

In device manager i DO NOT see NSPro device, no smart card detect either.

I uninstall reinstall, change cable, can PC still nothing show up when plug into pc. Not even unknow device show up after NSPro dongle is plug in.

The RED LED on NSPro is on when plugin but nothing show up.

Im uisng win 7 32bits

What's wrong did my dongle go dead ?

Run task manager, kill NsPro process, wait a few seconds, and launch it again.
Worked for me.
