last week I asked for help from support on m3200 and got an a replay from Mr. Elco that I need to right eeprom file to the phone where the mentioned file is not present on support website and also I couldn’t find the file any where else. After that I am just keep asking for the file but got no replay from support. I think they have to replay even if the file is not present or will take some time. So that we don’t waist our and others time by just searching and keep asking.

Mr. Elco I hope you replay to this. Below is the link for the help that I asked.

thanks for your email. i have tried as u advise but get the following message even when i want to flash it know get the same message:
