Hi,

A friend of mine clicked on RESET ALL and now asking to sign in on gmail to unlock.

i tried with my gmail account unsuccesfully.

I didnt manage to get any ifno using NSPRO.

Can someone help?

try to hard reset power+ volume up button keep press 8 or 10 secant then u get
the reset menu thnks

flash it!!!
i have same problem and after flash it work well

set up a internet connection you will not be able to use wifi to access the internet,
if you don't have a gmail account set up one on your pc and use the phone to sign into it.

mate, i managed to open the fone by using hardreset , didnt need to flash it.
