New version 6.8.1 NsPro card not found or corrupted (ERROR 0x01)

The refreshing 6.8.1 this message is receiving:
NsPro card not found or corrupted (ERROR 0x01)
Driver an exchange does not help!
Please help.

What SO are using? can post you "Device Manager" open Photo?

An older version works on an other machine.
Little I cannot be putting in a picture because of joining the discussion about him,

When not have this type of problem post what request,

not have understand that are using Ns Pro in other pc and can be, (seen not explain clear nothing), will use Sw w/o Ns Pro connected or who can know if not explain clear...

any way I am asking what version of NSPRO worked on his / her machine before 6.8.1 and which windows operating system he / her is being used, all of this will give an idea where the problem might be.

So, what can only to think?...that are using Sw with Ns Pro in other Pc so is obvius that cannot running in 2 pc at the same time...but is only what can to think from his answer...

Win 7 32BIT I am useful.
6.8.0 versions worked without a mistake on this machine though!
6.8.1 refreshing I receive this mistake steadily already!

Loock if have many other "Card Drivers" from other Box installed in you Pc...then when use Ns Pro "Update Card"...

Also, already writed more times, from 6.8.0, if this is running good), no need of do nothing only download Small.exe of 6.8.1 and run this other new version... (for to be sure put in exclusion list new exe), if not have other Smart Card driver running of other Box you not have any problem....

On these already too I am!the mistake does not cease!
Did elco start the execution of the cards with a new version possibly?
Excuse me for the assumption but interesting the mistake!

it working fine .......

Same problem.. new exe not working ,older 6.8.0 work fine, the new update stop the starting screen.. (Smartcard accepted) Win 7 64bit

Working OK, installed and running without problems.....just unlocked a G386T1 :D

Working all very fine who have issue is only from his side...sure have installed a couple of Smart Card drivers and not update the Egateor Gemalto for run with Ns Pro.

Here full working Win7 to 32Bit, (restored one old N7100 with Imei null/bb Unknown):
