READ!!! and fallow the software instructions!!!
Make sure you install DataConnection.exe on the phone and you set usb connection properly on phone.
Make sure the phone is properly detected on windows device manager.

Hi Elco,

It really doesn't work ! The phone is detected by ActiveSync in USB_PDA mode and not in USB_PHONE ! That seems normal to me. Now, once in USB_PHONE the phone is detected by the computer (3 parts in the device manager : modem, device and serial port).
I just follow your instructions but it does not work !
NS Pro says :
Unlocking phone.... (with your pop up window instruction)
failed once OK is clicked... no delay, no computing,nothing...

type *#9090# on the phone and select USB_DIAG disconnect the phone from USb then reconnect it, then try to unlock it again.
You must also set USB_PHONE from DataConnection.exe on the phone.
The phone should be detected as Modem and Diagnostic port to be unlocked.

My B7300 is in good mode, computer see modem but program still show failed , Operation failed! , i try test usb and still nothing, I try on 2 difrent cable

I think the problem is coming from too much used com ports on my other PC.

Do someone know any third party Windows device manager ! The Windows Device Manager is really poor for managing ports and devices. You need to remove each unused device one by one...

On the first pc, i change all the samsung mobille port com under 15, but same problem. resolve by other pc only. i don't thing the problem but its resolve:!
