need help,can´t unlock s3650 in nspro with last software 5.7.5.error in pc is exceed the energy in usb port. this is the first time that i have this error and can´t get info of phone

check the cable. there might be a cable problem.
Also check the support area. you have solutions for USB Power Exceed there.
