Oh dear, that happened to me yesterday, like you see on the bottom it might take 12-24 hours to reactivate account so please wait till tomorrow.

Anyway its really harsh to read that people here moaning because they have to pay 25 euro for activation when simultaneously they unlocking s4 or other phone for like 10-15 euros. And its YEARLY fee, so it will payback almost straight away and you guys been using this box for ages and earned loads of money thanks to NSPro or different box based on yearly fee.
Also guys I have to tell you fact experienced people having few solutions. Like I've got SPT, NSPro, Z3X, UFS, NCK BOX, and sereval different boxes. So simply saying - shame on your greediness

I updated and paid in September and still never have access, now unable to use NSPro Period. Purchased through link when login in. Anyone know who can actually get a real update through since direct does not work? Willing to Pay Again to get it to work... elco no help

I just posted that it takes 24 hours or more (longer), to go through the activation process. That's what happened to me. I assume it takes at least 24 hours for everyone.

That's right it took 24 hours for mine to activate also, I think updates take a little longer.

Today (13 February 2015) I updated to version 6.7.6 and all the time I get "ERROR: connection establiching failed 10060" I do have internet connection, is this a server related problem?

good day folks i have been using nspro for almost 8 years and it has been good for me but now i dont know what to make of the way they have decided to treat their users. No notification on what they are going thru and certainly they only care about getting activation money from us. Ive mailed twice and no reply from their end well all that has a beginning has an end and its time i moved on to some other box but my only regret is that i have activated recently. I guess it is a price to pay so i can see what they are
