my nspro gives me Error 10060 with the latest version and still not met the year is active as I reset it or have to pay another look and not yet completed the year since the last payment

Server is Full working, tested first of write, problem is only from your side.... can write other type of issue about not supported phones but no more that server not work, ceck you internet connection...AV firewall ...Host itc...but server is full working..

can be you have misunderstood...but when to buy Ns Pro you know perfect that this box have year renew...if you not want accept policy of this box....nobody put this in your handles for obbligation...first of to purchase ask you reseller or visit this section next time...you'll have purchase other w/o problem...so i think is only you fault becouse there are many box in the marketing
