i cant unlock this phone with d800 cable...alwais phone not found...

please help!!!!

hello mates
i have to unlock z150 samsung but no succes so far,always when i hit unlock, or remove security my computer restarts or "phone not found".i don't have Z adapter.
Could anyone tell me if there is another solution to unlock this phone?
