ns dongle ' problem - GSM-Forum

-How to setup the ns Dongle ? Who can tell me the steps, and the process ? Because i setup the drivers already , but can't connect, only one choice for com port, Is it right ? My Z308 can not flash and unlock, it can not connect, something wrong ? anybody can help me ?

go to CONTROL PANEL, modems and there delete all modems instaled.
after that install the drivers again.
your phone doenst have to be instaled like SAMSUNG CDMA MODEM #2.
it must be instaled just SAMSUNG CDMA MODEM.

thanks for your reply , i delete all drivers, and instaled all drivers, but it is still useless, can you tell me more details ? i think, it should be very easy, i doubt there are something wrong with the ms dongle ? what do you think ?
