Can NSdongle get info of D500C?

@Elco
Hi,
I have a D500C, I'm trying to get info of the phone using NSdongle V3.2.2 and choosing D500 as model, the first time it stuck by retrieving phone info, and than operation failed, than I choose D500E on the list, same problem, doesn't work.

Can you help Elco?
Thank you.

I used V3.1 and I get this choosing D500:

Power the phone within 30 seconds...
Retrieving software version...
Reading IMEI...
Reading netlock info...
Reading netlock info...
Reading netlock info...
Reading netlock info...
Reading Bluetooth device address...
Operation failed!

So you have get all the information except Bluetooth ID.
You got this becose D500C (asia) have different bluetooth protocol. You can change to D500 (general device) standard by rebuilding IMEI with Nsdongle v3.2.2

I haven't got any info, after "operation failed" no information shows on the right side.
Why I tried to get info? Because my bluetooth headset doesn't work with this phone, it doesn't detect the headset, but thanks to you I now know that D500C is asia type, and the Bluetooth protocol is different.
So if I rebuild the IMEI will it work with my headset?

Elco,
I'm still having problem getting the information of the phone, I choose D500 and D500E on the list, both don't work, what else can I try?
Can I just rebuild the IMEI without getting the information of the phone first?
