go to settings

select memory

turn off media card support then save..


now try to read again your blackberry...

I`m trying to unlock one bb 8520 and here what the server says


Connect powered on phone to cable...
Reading phone info...
Connected to server
Calculating codes on server (this might take a while)...
Error: Receiving data from server failed due to unknown error.
Operation failed!

Error: Cannot connect to server. Check internet connection and firewall.
Operation failed!

The server not always working.
I found only worked for me twice. Most days not working.
But unlock samsung is OK.

I found just need reconnect the phone again. Unplug the cable and reconnect. Worked for me.

Most times this error shows up on NsPro it is due to the security lock on the blackberry. Go to Options > Password > Disable Lock and try again. It works fine for me after that, only if the bb code server is down then the unlock code will return failed...
