Hi Mr. Elco im installed new ver. 5.6.3, but dont open support area, i have this problem last weeck.

I have same problem, im solution instal nspro in other pc, and only use internet explorer.

hello,,

can somebody plz help me,,, when ever i tried to unlock any fone which is supported by usb,,, nspro shows me mesg " encountered a problem" and shut the software,,, i hve installed new ver 5.6.3,, even on four different machine,,,, even the last one is my new machine,,,, other than this every thing is working fine even on usb on b3210 is working fine,,,, except that nothing,,,,,,,,,,,plz tell me how can i rectify this,,,,
