===NSProAXALTO CARD NOT FOUND! === - GSM-Forum

box worked perfect day ago. but now whet try open NsPro little dialoq box say :
Connected to server
Disconnected from server

then nothink hapen'

then i again try open NsPro it say
NsPro Axalto card not found (error0x01)!

I take my friend's NsPro and connect it to my pc. with my friend's box all is WORK GOOD... it can't be driver problem! PLEASE ELCO help me to solve probl.

Why u sure that is software problem ?????
read what i wrote before. WITH other SAME box all is ok.
i did manipulation with software. not help

Hi, I have came across this a quite few times and it seems to be problem with the card reader in the NSPro box( you have eliminated driver and software problems by testing with another NSPro) simply remove the card from the the box and insert it into another reader, you can buy just the reader but to eliminate the reader before buying another try it in a cruiser, infinity dongle or other you may have at hand; any dongle/box with schlumberger card.

I put smart card from NSPro to cruiser SCARD reader. pc detect it. but still same error

if after checking the card reader and still error, contact your reseller for exchange

Did you connect card(in cruiser reader) and the NSPro box(now without card) to computer? I think both have to be connected.

In device manager, can see egate reader and the card? These should be listed separately.

only work with ns pro 1.8 to me
when i try to install the nspro 1.72 this same **** axalto appears

i had the same prob but when this happens i just shut window xp re boot see if that helps
