hi i cannot open application software for ns dongle in older version it was working i worked in 3.11.2 for 1 week, now i cannot open the application i have intallled 3.11.3 also i have reinstalled all the drivers but......
help me.

PLZ set the correct date and time to your PC and try again.

Kishore, does it just not run? look in the taskmanager, is the process NSDongle.exe running?

there seem to be a small number of computers this software refuses to run on. i had to change computers to get the program to work.

now it is OK with new version 3.11.5. But before and now also i cannot flash C200, the software says

Loading S-Record File ...
Loading S-Record File ...
Power on mobile !
Loading setup loader (1/1) ...
Loading RAM (1/1) ...
Sorry, an error has occured ! (ERR_PROTOCOL)
There was a problem with the protocol on the serial link between the PC and the phone. Either NSDongle received something unexpected, or the link is defective.
But i can flash D500 .

PLZ try again with lower speed.
That message tell you that is something wrong with communication betwen phone and PC. It have nothing to do with software.
