Ok i found this which is useful. But my main concern is the flash files that I have downloaded how do I use them.

Which file goes for:
Firmware
Main code
Font
Rscr 1
Rscr 2
Factory sys

After unzipping flash file downloaded from support . This is what is listed :
FactoryFS
fontout8
Rsrc2.cnt
Rsrc.cnt
usurf
W1KMc

Which file is for Firmware , Main code and factory sys ?

into my firmware zip i can find (z105):

Phone code -> usurf.BIN ...ok
MEGA code -> missing... i have a file TIM.bin (TIM is the italian operator)
MEGA font -> fontout8.bin ...ok
Mega Rsrc1 -> Rsrc1.cnt ...ok
Mega Rsrc2 -> Rsrc2.cnt ...ok
MEGA Filesys -> FactoryFS.bin ...ok

do you think that in MEGA CODE is correct to put the file TIM.bin?
