Help Unlocking Att I617 - GSM-Forum

hello to all im new with the box,i have one samsung ATT I617 and i need unlock it but i cant,i put get info and said operation fail,and i dont know the problem,i need help,here the pictures form my box and cables that i have,please help its urgent.regard

PD. i need to know if my box its original,regard

Im on mexico.

maybe you didn't install the driver of the phone...

NSPro will not detect your phone if the Driver was not installed..

Check it again bro..

That may be a communication problem.
Check the box with other phones.
If you get problems with other phones, may be a cable -robem or a box hardware problem.
In this case, send the box back to reseller for replacement.

PS. for i6xx phones you dont need any driver to be installed.
Just connect powered on phone to NsPro box and hit UNLOCK button.

im unlock a few phones with this box but i have problm with this phone a other because the adapter not fit on the back,i need unlock the phone today because the customer come tomorrow,regard and thanks for help.

you need to install Microsoft Activesync (need the driver), already unlock 2 pcs ok

whats lock it it ?if it is phone lock press ^ key and pawer on.

phone on, connect with e210 cable direct to nspro box, click unlock, 5 sec later its done.

bro u have installed ns pro 2 times...check device manager...ports..and c there which ports are for nspro????100% 2 times ns pro ports???it should b 1 ns pro port....also check in add remove options if there r more then 1 ns pro installed..if that is remove it and reinstall..
