try to reinstall the lastest ver.

run uninstaller ,reboot pc then install drivers!!!!!!!!!!!!

well, yelling will not help.
did you redownload and reinstall?

according to our database, there are approximately 9xxx customer who downloaded AND installed latest nspro. if the program is buggy, then there will be about the same customer who report the same problem

i post solution !!!!!!!!so all who have runtime error will be solved !!!!
redowload and reinstall dont work !!!so we re not newbies for ur instructions !!!!!!!!!!!
