i747M - IMEI repair lost LTE and "twitching" reception

Repaired 3 devices. All were working previous (in terms of reception) to IMEI change.

1st device changed correctly. Functioning good.
2nd device and 3rd device, IMEI changed correctly, lost LTE connectivity and when connected to 4G, signal drops from FULL to 1 bar, sometimes no network. Tried various different SIMS and re-wrote IMEI as well.

Attempted to write good EFS onto problematic devices same result.
Attempted to write good NV onto problematic devices same result.

Please advise.
