Have A Z5oo And Its Not Connecting At All With Nsdongle 3.12 But Worked Fine On The Older Version Is There A Bug Problem ??

No is NOT a bug. Like i posted before, you must connect powered off phone to Z500 NsBox cable. Phone must power on by himself. Then everything will be OK.

sorry, i didn't make myself clear. i need to repair the imei number and when i get info the imei all i get is <=<=<=<=<=<=<=< and 0000000000 in the bluetooth id when using usb cable. serial cable does not work either

To be able to repair IMEI on Z500 you must use NsDongle Box + Z500 RJ45 cable for NsDongle Box. And DONT short 2,3 pin on COM port.

cheers for the info but managed to do it with serial cable and plugging it in during boot
