Z500 can't be read out sw verison and can't change imei - GSM-Forum

i had already flash my Z500v with 7 files. now phone works ok but can't use bluetooth.
i used usb cable to flash it, but it always turn off automatically, then get error. so i think it is cable problem. i open the nsdongle sw choose z500 with nsdongle box and rj45 z500 cable. the z500 downloader can find the com port, then i flash 7 files.
when finish the flash, imei is not active. i try to use nsdongle to fix it.
the operation shows failed, but phone get the imei when i press *#06#. the problem is that bluetooth adress is 00000000000000, can't use bluetooth now.
also the nsdongle can't get the z500 sw version info.
when i press *#232337#, it show BT BD addr.
anyone help????

1. Connect powered off phone without sim card inside to RJ45 Z500 cable from Nsdongle Box.
Phone must power on by himself.
2. Start Nsdongle software and select Z500 (phone model)
3. Write IMEI to phone.
4. Restart the phone.

PS.
If you dont fallow correct procedure, phone will dont allow to write IMEI on it.

i had read some post about what u said, i followed this steps, but no luck.

when i change another imei, it works, but when i change to my original imei, it failed

???? that's very strange.... but what happend if you write other IMEI then you write original IMEI?

i tried it, not work
the biggest strange thing is that, i can change any imei, but the last number can't be 9.
my imei is 3564xxxxxx5159, i can change any one.if i change last number to 9, operation fail.

i dont know why
