7370 usb flashing error - GSM-Forum

hi

i'm trying to flash 7370 via usb with Phoenix Service Software 2005.44.7.123
first i installed phoenix_service_sw_2005_44_4_120
is that right no need another old phoenix software befor these latest phoenix?

when i try flash phone firmware update i got cmt sending loader failed and stop at 82% and show error sending loader

is this phone supported by usb
plz help
