BlackBoxTool18.exe - error after launch - GSM-Forum

Hi all. I am ordered PBB and waiting for delivery. On PBB site I downloade BBT18.exe and after launching (without PBB) it showes me this "windows error". My friend tried it on other PC and program shows no error but "PBB is not connected". Where is the problem pleas? Why it gaves me this error but no "PBB is not connected"? I have P4-3GHz Hypertrading, system XP.

Cut it off buddy and wait your PBB then use it as instructed, usualy a program that require a box conected won't work unless BOX IS CONECTED no matter the error you got !

OK, I will try it of course, But it is not clear for me, why my PC gives me this error and other PC show only mesage - box is not conected.

it becouse some hardware configuration your computer not supported.
(same matherbord ussualy new)
change your computer
i ever get same problem

I have Intel® Desktop Board D865PERL

Does it not good for PBB?

Wait your PBB, after you receive, install FLS-4 drivers and try run this software. We talk after if you have any problems, but usualy should work.

Hello, I installed on my PC (all intel based) a new clean XP-sp2 and still this error. On my PC works fine and without any problems all knows GSM dongels (LPT or USB) and programms. I have tried turn on or turn off HYPERTRADING on CPU (3GHz), I have tried 1GB ram 400MHz Dual Channel Mode or 512Mb ram Normal mode and still still this error. I think, if I get a dongle, this error appeare again, cos normal it have to get a message "PBB is not connected"

BlackBoxTool19.exe solved my problem, now all is OK :-)

PBBtool1.8 gave me error and PBBtool1.9 is OK for me. New PBBtool solved my problem. Older do not work on my pc. Thats all :-)
