How can i flasing BB5 by pbb2???


Hi 4all:

DCT4 and WD2 working verywell but BB5 not flashing somethings rong, can any tell me how can i flashing bb5 and any diffrence between DCT4 and BB5 in update SW????

Only by USB. You should set USB in Manage Connections connect DKU-2 or CA-53 cable to the phone put a fully charged battery into the phone switch it on offline mode and run.

i had same problem and now my pbb is dead. dct4 was working well but bb5 always gave me error: cannot switch to normal mode

Put a valid SIM card into the phone and switch it on. After it connect USB cable and flash it.

I am not sure. Your phone can be switch on. You should use the latest Phoenix for flashing N70 with the latest firmware. Use the patched dll's for using the latest Phoenix with PBB.
