Just use Win-2000 !!!
On another clean PC or installed on another clean partition.
This think was many times written here!

APE flashing drivers NOT WORK WELL under Win-XP! This is "Nokia engineers skils"

For me no problem with flashing 93/9500 under XP prof. ( clean install on clean partition as you said)

Yes it could work but depends of USB chipset available and USB drivers that Win-XP installed for this.

BUT 100% working solution (for all who have problems) is to run under Win2000, as Nokia say in Service Bulletin that Win-XP is not good supported for 9300/9500 APE flashing.

For This Problem User's Can Use External Usb (usb Hup Use External Power )
That Will Help In Flashing And They Will Not Have Any Problem's
