File > Scan product (open product) > trouble shooting > rf > read parameter.
Another pop up window, all about tun now appear.

For cdma, best is phoenix_service_sw_2005_20_7_98 on PKD-1RD mode.
If tun doesn't loaded it self, you got to point it manually.
