i installed phoenix ver 84 with my pbb installation was succsessful and then i attach nokia2280 cable in jack on phone there is local mode then i disconect nokia cable from pbb after closing pbb now it say dongle not found

i run black box tool but there is error phoenix black box not found

ii juist made a mistake by opening it now no waranty, but hope that some one will explain how to repair it

think its hardware problem but what is it i dont know if any expert know
solution plz share with me

all volages are right i mean in power supplay of pbb then whats the problem

plz help me to make my pbb alive again

you say voltage is correct, what is it?

is it:
between 7v - 7.5v
with min current 1Amp?

also sometime u just have to disconnect and re-connect to get it working (make sure u disconnect power supply from pbb and ppb from PC!)

my pbb is now in open condition i tried from 5v to 7.5 still same problem dongle not found any jumper trick to bypass this error or any suggestion to repair it
realy very upset with this problem ..... help

you use very old phoenix....please instal 98............

can any one explain what volage should be on 8 pin jack and any other volages to atmega ic or any other method to check that pbb atmega ic is ok or dead

Just phoenix dont open ..? check if the serial no is 6 digit..

i think you need to install FLS-4 drivers
