Hi,

I dont own a PBB yet, however I am interested in buying one mainly for the support being as soon as nokia release a new version of phoenix.

What i need to know, when flashing phones, after the process using any third party tools the wap settings are deleted. Can you restore them using PBB easilly? Also can you use this for changing the default settings to a different network?

Main reason I ask, is people in UK like sim free/unlocked phones yet the networks always mess about when it comes to WAP/GPRS/MMS settings and programming them manually takes time

If this box could upload the desired settings straight away then all is good

Yes, all wap settings can be put mainly to many available networks. Nokia supply this files in their flash data packages. You just have to choose right country/network, and if I'm not wrong for UK you have for all networks this settings files.
