What to do with NEC's 000000000... 'please wait. Init...'

I have unlocked ~15 pieces with PBB without any problems, but now have one nec, who have IMEI zeros and please wait after unlock. Any solution for this? :confused:

p.s. Nec e616 sw 17

People, it would be nice to discus and solve that problem, because now already 2 nec's, and I think it's not the end!

NEC having 0 imei are "killed". Solution is under construction.
