i bought pbb with NEC and ALCATEL support and i want them! What is this business method? this is a theft!

BEFORE you say me ... give me 300€ and i give you pbb+nokia+nec+alcatel ...
AFTER ... im'sorry ... no nec and alcatel support ...

i want this support in support area ... i payed for it ...
