@Zulea - Shall I update my newly arrived PBB ?? - GSM-Forum

Hi Zulea and everyone else

I'm receiving my PBB tomorrow and have been following this forum for some time now. I don't think my PBB has the latest update and that is the reason for my questions:
1. There has been numerous post regarding PBB's been "disabled" with the last OB update. Should I still update and take the risk ?
2. If I don't update now and wait for the next update I won't have access to supportarea right?
3. Is there a bug in the last update

Advice would be greatly appreciated.

Hi Martin

1. If your PBB looses it's serial number when updating to 0B, just contact yoor reseller for a replacement.
2. The PBB firmware isn't the "key" to the support area, You just access the support area throught the latest BlackBoxTool with your PBB connected...
3. My PBB with 0B and Phoenix .120 is working perfectly, Im using it 20-25 times each day without any probs...
