new support site has sections like Installer, PowerFlasher and one more, cant recall its name .. one folder has pf_sam14.r.exe .. is that an update for samsung pf file? if yes, did someone check it?

ok and this file has a lower version in pfsetup v 3.3 .. i just downloaded that from support area as well. so if it was part of this setup .. why isnt it included? and why is it available seperately?
