Re-pf siemens file not complete

Pls matrix,
My pf siemens program is not working at all, and even after running the master setup disk,all the rest of the master program, such as pf nokia, pf ericcson, pf acer and samsung is working perfectly after running the setup file, but it seems that a setup file for pf siemens is missing, as the program tells me that bootloader is not running, and the siemens program is not complete as the rest programs on the masters setup disk, pls what it displays is an incomplete dos win setup instead of the normal icon as other programms display, so please what suggestion can you give to enable the programm work perfectly, your advice will be highly apprecaited, as i thank you for your continue updates too, more power to powerflasher.
