As sayed in the beginning of the sticky C350 thread: - the c350L is different and cannot be readed info .
So what? Flash it, unlock it and do the job ...

i beware to flash it. because this is asian Phone. i cant get the asian langue pack at everywhere. once i flash it to other langue. ya .. may be will unlock. but langue already change.
customer will reject

thats not only C350L dont have the asian langue pack
alot of motorola phone also dont have the asian pack in totalmoto support area
may be TOTALMOTO does not suitable for asian user?

about the privilege instruction error on my PC. the problem still remaining. still no body can solved my problem. MR GOBI can u help me? i already waiting for long time. even u first time reply my post. but never answer me

i already register this ID long time ago.. why just all posting in TOTALMOTO area? this all because no other forum got the totalmoto information and discuz

C350I ASIAN- for your mentioned phone, only the author - ghost - can provide the flashfile ..

Yes, i was away - Maybe you have not noticed that it was CE-Bit week and most of us was on the way most of the time.
So : there was the moderator ....
But there are also a whole reseller list and authors around here that can give support...

- You say - you have not managed to solve the ''privileged instruction problem" yet.

''PRIVILEGED INSTRUCTION'' means that the Userport is not installed at all, or not correctly installed.
You find in support area manual for TotalMoto and there instructions how to install the Userport.
Also this problem was allready explained in the sticky ''Tips and Tricks'' post here.
If this not help you - then only your reseller can help anymore...

But if you have not solved the ''Privileged instruction'' then this means your TotalMoto software not work at all --> so then you cannot have the C350.. problems with a non working/not right installed Totalmoto .

How did you then tryed to read the information for the C350i phone?

i got 2pc here
1 pc working propely just another PC cant work it propely.
i m 100% confirm install user port with reformat my windows and clean.
even my reseller also cant help me.
got any other idea?

- For ''privileged instruction'' only one more thing you can check:
Bios settings for LPT must be on ECP, 378h adress, IRQ4 .

- C350i is some modified C350L , even i had never one C350i in my hands.
If the authors would get one of this phones they could easylly check and provide the flash files for it also...

The author however promised me some flashfile for this phone, so i hope tomorrow i will upload it for you there, but i don't think it will be chinese pack.

thanks for updating the C350i ... even not if can pls find me chinese pack or asian pack.
but if dont have asian pack or chinese pack. other langue pack also no problem. at least we can unlock and repair software problem for while
