error on flashing v300 - GSM-Forum

when erasing v300 from tmobile - usa
mobile switches off at 20% of erasing process . battery full
i tried more than 10 times
and repaired using the slz and a full backup from similar phone using
Smartmoto

i have tried vers 1.65 , 1.61
both have this error

For the Vxxx phones (actually all the phones that work with this cable), you must NOT use battery, since the phone gets powered from the cable..
