Hello Dear Total Moto Team ( @ Ghost [ if you read this forum ] ) ,

i have Total moto dongle Purchased 2-3 Months ago ,
So far so good within using this tool , but some trouble
some missing points appeared that we are suffering ..
i don't know who will hangle whole these things but ,
i am gonna list ..

1- There is no T720 Flash file in support Area

Actually not only T720 Flash files there are alot of missing flash files
V550 only 2D Lang pack ? !! V3 Only 0039 if you can not hangle with whole
these flash files you better develop some tool which can convert original flash
files to Total moto file or Victor 2 Total moto Because there are huge collection on internet for other tools why we are still suffering for total moto flashes ..i don't know.. This Must be hangle by some person you or whoever interesting with total moto ...

if you earn some money on this please care about your project

Check which models available on market area and check your flash files which available on your web site

2- Why Complicate unlock solution comes out !
Why we need some instructions to unlock phones ?

even T720 can not be unlocked by simple click .. V66 etc...

3-Doesn't work Stable .. During we are flashing some phones sometimes suddenly it stopped and we can not able to repair those phones by usin Total moto but we are even able to repair those phones by usinCrack victor Software..as far as i know you can even use DLL from PST tool for flashing like original ...

4-Reading language is Ok.. but when you write lang to phone we are having alot of trouble

5-most of PPL pay for unlocking but unlocking doesn'tWork stable even some easy phones like t720 , V66 can not be unlocked... So ?

6-New updates comes slowly so we can not competite with other users who can use smart clip Victor and others..

7-New models need to be implemented even before than others..

We also can make this list longer as far as i remember these subjects are important.

if you hangle with these problems about Total Moto please try your best as soon as possible

Most important of all .. Less Flash Collection .. Less than 2 GB ..

Need more Language packs for everycountry ..

If you Solve some of this subject i am sure you are gonna earn more even you can competite Other Tools ( Victor , Smart Clip ) etc..

These are some suggestion from me or we can even say some feedback ..

i hope these some subject can help total moto Team to develop Total moto better..

And please other total moto users ,
please add some more think What you had problem by using total moto ,

Wow Metinb, you made my day! It is the first constructive criticize on the forum.
I'm useing Totalmoto for a half a year, and inspite of I like working with it, I have a lot of problems useing it. The sad thing is that for any newby, or to anybody is not advanced in computer stuff it is complicated to install/use it. If half of you are complaining of, will be satisfied in a month it will be the most perfect product for motorola. The main probleme is the slow update.
Wellcome between Totalmoto users.

(don't forget Smartclip was able to flash phones too, after Totalmoto appeared on the market, so it is a good concurrency.)
Totalmoto was one of the cheapest products compairing of what it does, and if a really good update is on the way, I'm ready to pay some extra.
But first correct all the problems Matinb is asking for...

1. First of all why there is no solution to direct unlock some models like C350, only by flashing?
2. When press Phone info, it works for c350, but for c350 L the Phone info button is inactive. (and for other models too...)
3. Why there is no automatic phone recognition, at least for the same like models like C350, and C350 L? If after flashing C350 it does't start I have to try with C350L. Could not be easier?
And the same old C350, after flashing with SW: G_09.04.74R
LP: [0011] it starts in russian language, and I have to scroll all the menus to find after a half an hour the language I want.
???????????
some sollutions in the near future?

Hi buddy , i am seeing you also suffering to use it ,
what we can do is only ask for upgrade ask for help ,
i ve spent many time to read instructions here many many things i ve tried..
Still no stable..

Hello ,

i really don't think so of total moto team giving their attention on the product
Maybe they really do , but their attention on sales side how can we move their attention on
Support side ( after sales ) Because i am really suffering to use it..

i am willing to use instructions ..

Can some one write here some instruction some hints some tips to unlock motorola phones
model by model..

i only can unlock which can unlockable by flashing like c33x C350 C450 etc...

But i am sufferin to unlock with these models :

v150 c38x c550 c650 e398 v550 triplets v220 v180 v80

Don't think i am not searching for instructions , i do really read topics here ,
i almost memorized all the topics all threads here ..

i deleted SLZ folder moved another Side ..
to unlock almost i did everything which is written here..

But no Way..

Tell me guys if it's impossible by using total moto , i can even get some other product ,

Like I said I engioy working with Totalmoto, inspite of all the troubles I get, and have to use my imagination to resolve them. I don't have unlocking problems with other models exept C350 and co. , ( to reflash the phone is really disturbing), for others I just push "reset subsidy" and all works OK.
But I cannot understand after sixth release of Totalmoto exe, why I still have to clean the Slz folder, why there is no direct unlocking for alot of models, why updates are so slow, why there are no features long time, and most of all , why somebody from Totalmoto team ( maybe Ghost ) does not take the time (3 minutes) to post an answer to this thread started a week ago. It stared with a really constructive critic.
(sorry for my english, hopefully most of the users of this forum don't use it as the native language)

Hi,

- Initially the SLZ files you had to moove in order to avoid situations when people overwrite the original SLZ file and loose it that way.
As you see, even with this protection some people still manage to loose that initial SLZ backup...
Some algorythm could be implemented so the second - third .... x backup will be saved as ...._1 , ...._2 , ..._x file - but this depends on the authors to do.

- For the phones where the ''Reset Subsidy'' button is not active -- this you have to flash and by these they get unlocked..

For any problems regarding support website, sipport area and registration, and product usage i will be glad to help you.
