Hi, All:
Sorry for my late reply. I am on holidays now.
The ID is always on the left of the SONICS homepage, and always changed. You'd copy the ID first, then click the SUPPORT button, choose a product first(on the top, of course SONICS BOX), and paste the copied ID in the edit box, then SUBMIT will be okay.

Thanks I Have It Now. The Other Probelm Is...>>> Hard To Download Flashfile And Even Update. It Took A Long Time To Complete Downloading. Please Make The Server Faster.

@ Redeagle,

No problem on accessing the support site using the ID and choosing the correct product. The real problem is, files particulary on LG folder is MOST of the time CAN'T be downloaded.

server too slow to process donwloading... yes neb is right! LG files cant be downloaded.. pls try to fix this problem!!!! and try to resolve unlocking problem of z500a....

@redeagle and woodchang and sonics team.....it seems setool3!! is out and as i know there on same coder of this two product.my point is what wll happen to this box now sit seems setool3!! is out and added i unit (sharp),want to know not me but All sonics user!!!!!!!....

but i stll belive the capability of sncs box.......
