Hi,
Download v800_RED_EROM firmware file from SONICS SUPPORT SECTION,
unpack it, then select it in "main firmware file" field and press FLASH FILES, after it phone can be powered on.
(If "Configuration error" occurs, re-flash MAIN + FS with "brand after change lang" ticked.)
Note: Be sure the battery is fully charged.
best regards

hi

yes, v800 are commond to go in that problem a lot when flashing main software fails!,
as Readle said just flash red_erom file and phone will be alive again,
if after red_erom not powering just reflash main+fs and solved,

best regards
