Hello,

Please some short explanation how to read codes (or unlock) W220 with infinity box.
What for is "PREPARE" button?
How to read "Subsidy" with Read codes option? Phone ON or OFF ?

I can't find any explanation on forum...

Hi,

There is no any description of procedure because software always gives you very detailed description what to do.
You can try by yourself and you will see that procedure not so hard.

1. power off phone
2. connect phone to cable
3. press "Prepare" button and power on phone
4. wait several seconds
5. remove/install battery
6. power on phone
7. press "unlock" button
8. you see unlock codes

if you try it by yourself you can see that software always gives you detailed description what to do, what button to press, what phone state should be used (powered On or powered Off). so don't worry about absent description, just try it and you will see.

I have a W220 here I'm trying to unlock. How long is several seconds ?

Hello,

Yes, you are really mega-patient man, wait 544 seconds, not bad result.

Please, double check that cable completely inserted in phone. I can't imagine what can be wrong, only cable problem.

Hi,

After you see this:
Boot...
Phone should be Switched OFF !
Press Power button now !
you need to press phone "Power" button and connection should be established in 1-2 seconds.

Unlocked !

Yeah it was the cable. Had to do a bit of cable modding with help from irishclips

...

My Moto T191 cable was from Smart-Clip, I used the GD55 rj45;

it is certain that the cable of gd55 does not enter w220 directly? that modification is necessary to do to the cable of gd55 so that works with w220? thanks

1. you must use T191 (X60) cable
2. you must use latest soft from suport area (probably you use old software)
3. you must read text in log file. did you tried to read it ? probably you did not tried...

Of course friends (especially who has agricultural education) know everything better than official product support persons (f.e. like me).
Why you did not follow good advice and did not used last updates ? It's not good idea to ignore good advises.

I understand that it's really hard procedure to go to www.infinity-box.com,
download latest updates and unlock phone w/o problems, so here is additional info for you:

I request excuses, because my intention it is" not "to speak bad of box because this is a great tool, single that as recently time buy the box, I have many doubts on its use…. in the support it does not appear or not to look for version 1.33 and you are right because I was trying to unlock the cellular one with version 1.30 and for that reason it gave the problem me, my question is you can help me to unload version 1.33 or version 1.38 can release it?

Please, go to www.infinity-box.com -> support
and download latest Moto02 module for w220.
You can see in support area this information:
19 Jan 2007: Moto02 v1.34 list of changes:
.Moto C168i model supported
.Moto W220 sp-unlock improved
InfinityUpdate_Moto02_v1.34.rar (2003 KB)

so, please, use v1.34
if v1.33 support firmware 1.190 this means that v1.34 support it too (we did not remove functions in newest release but we only ADD new features).
So, please, use v1.34 and no need to search v1.33 exactly.
