but there are 2 mob dead by this they have same pinout (8 pin) set was 100% on only user cod was when i format it after it mob cant back to live now these are dead then i eeprom back from bkup but still dead===

Hello,

What is the reason to make "format ffs" to remove user code ? Our software can read user code from phone or reset it to default value w/o "format ffs".

As I can see from your log it looks like some required data absent in your phone. It's for sure not after "format" procedure but after some other actions.
If you have made full backup before format you can restore full backup.
If you don't have flash backup you need to check operation.log file and see what was original phone version and flash phone with the same version file from support area.

After flashing press and hold phone "power" button long time (up to 30-40 sec) to make phone powered-On.
