Please, make this:
1. find where is GND pin at phone connector
2. let's assume that GND pin number = 1
3. count pins from phone GND pin: 1... -> ... 5
4. connect wires from box to phone this way:

phone pin-1: Gnd (RJ45 pin-8)
phone pin-3: box Rx/phone Tx/PinFinder Rx (RJ45 pin-3)
phone pin-4: box Tx/phone Rx/PinFinder Tx (RJ45 pin-2)
