Can we use the track on back side phone (you will see it when you remove the battery) as jtag connection instead of small usb pin cable ?

Hello,

You can use multimeter and check is these points connected to connecor or not, I don't have phone on hands already so can't check.
But in fact it's not hard to find this connector, it's the same connector like used for Moto C350 cables, very popular cable.

Same connector with usb in other side right > Like V3 usb cable but need to be rj45 in the other side ?

Yes, same connector, but need to connect wires to RJ-45
