you can start from full backup and format FFS complete.
if this will not work out for you- please use infinity box for reading out software version

i know how to flash my vertu but as my fone is currpted firmware i cant do anythin apart from deadboot flash.if u could send my the firmware via email or something i would be so grateful as my phone been sitting around for over a year.
