"For first time installation you must download Main software and after that you can just download updates.

If you already have previous version of InfinityMain installed, please, go to:
Control Panel -> Add/Remove software
and uninstall previous installation. Also, delete all files/folders in the "/Program Files/InfinityBox" folders."

As I said I'm a newbie here, the CD came from the package was Infinity_Main_v1.1 and I can't run NEC software, so I downloaded Infinity_Main_v1.3a and run dongle updater and finally NEC soft runs and I successfully unlock my NEC e101;)

And now I saw this big update, BTW thanks for the reply;)
