6300 RH-37 after factory setting set is gone dead mode infinity team plz help me
 

Dear sir
tomorrow i recive 1 pice 6300 rh-37 chines mobile.set is work fine but after play video songs few sec restart. . .
when i apply factory setting set is gone dead mode why???
then i go to infinity support and download all files 6300 and apply one by one but result is same. . .
