8800 carbon problem... - GSM-Forum

Hi,
I have 8800 carbon,the phone stuck and restart when u enter the message Inbox.I tried to format(save and complete mode)but no result at all.
I download all the versions H526_05C from the support area and flash with them and this is the result:with some versions the phone power without lcd,with some only vibrate,with other did not power on at all,with some the phone power on,work(no sms problem)but there is double vision on the lcd.
The phone version is: H526_05C_PCB01_GPRS_MT6226_S01.P02_SP_SSD_NB0_1_2_ 0TMC1_26B.BIN
ver. sw 2: P02_SP_SSD_NB0_1.2.0TMC1_26B, 00000000
Fake version rm-233 v03.52 2008.10.30

Help,anybody have any idea how to solve this problem???!I made so many experiments and nothing happens,so now im ready for any ideas!!

p.s. I noticed that everything is the same,just the fake version(rm-233 v03.52 2008.10.30) is different!!!And there is something more:When u load one flash file in Infinity recognize it like version 02,and with other flash file is 04...Maybe the problem is exactly here to find the right flash file....

As I said "I download all the versions H526_05C from the support area and flash with them" !
With this flash file phone power on , no restart in inbox folder but have double vision on the LCD :

I have another phone that works with this flash file . The two phones are similar and only difference between them is LCD :

So I'll keep looking for right flash file .

hello!

LCD type very often is stored in eeprom.
so, try to write full backups, with eeprom area (this is why i adviced exactly that flash file above).
I dont think that only firmware part rewriting can solve this problem

When I flash phone with full flash (from another phone and from support area) and have double vision lcd like on picture, i tried to write original
eeprom backup but LCD still with double vision ...
