please post connector type.
are you sure that this is mt62xx MCU based phone?

tip: you can check this by typing *#0044# and pressing green (send) button.
if you will see "language set: english"- you can be sure, that this phone is supported by Infintiy software

hello what the name of cpu?? its MTK chip or other if other then infinity box not detect other chip..

& I have also facing this problem with my new NKTEL A200 its chip name is SPREADTRUM........
