how infinity not support of new china mobiles no boot with tx rx points i tried to use many ways but boot fail what is the matter pls help

Dear Friend,

Please, tell me, what was the problem with phone and what you have tried to do exactly.
- What was with phone when you got it ?
- Did you tried to flash it ?
- If yes, what flash files you have used ?
- Did you tried to unlock phone ?
- What was the results ?
- What was original phone firmware version ?
- Do you have original full flash backup ?

Also, please, post here operation logs for each operation.
