I have a MT6235 handset with only English LP on full flash. How to add a new language to this pack?

There is available space for this at firmware. I just didn't figure out how to add instead of only edit English pack. If I just edit English language to the one that I need works fine but I need to add a second one. The only firmware available on Infinity Support for this handset is damaged ( GX200 - LG ). Language editor fails when try to open file or handset does not turn on when u load that file.
