Alcatel 5030d trouble - GSM-Forum

Hello

I have trouble with alcatel 1SE 2020 , is come in bootloop condition , i flashed it with flash from infinty support , phone become live no more bootloop but now digitizer not work , phone is almost as new no drop no watter damaged ...

Please advice or help

Hello!
Normally, in some FW's may be TP upgare binary, which run once.
Make sure about you flashed same region version, if all same - seems like touch issue.
FW on support (atlest my ones) read from alive, new and working 5030D from EAA (RU) region.

It was the old firmware that caused TP not working ...
or factory simply changed TP supplier and silently added support in newer firmware version

anyway,

5030D_EEA_ALWE_2SIM_V4.0_20210309_UNLOCK_040

will be uploaded to support in some near time.
